Are you looking for help?

We, the Mother’s Home, are a long-term accommodation for pregnant women and mothers of newborns (up to 1 year old). At the moment, due to the war in Ukraine, we are working primarily (but not exclusively!) for refugee women from Ukraine.

You can contact us with any question, and we will always try to help you, but due to the nature of our business, first of all we can:

  • give you a temporary place in our Home (subject to the availability of places – due to the cameral nature of our venture we have a maximum of 12),
  • prepare a birth starter set for you to take to the hospital and things for the newborn,
  • direct you where to get other types of help.

If you are going into labor soon or have recently (up to 3 months) given birth and would like to request a layette please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/hHQVNUEes9awCwVF7

or contact us:

-> by Messenger (we write back in Polish, Ukrainian and English)

-> by writing an email to pomoc@dommatki.pl (we write back in Polish, Ukrainian and English)

-> via What’sapp +48 796 401 236 (we write back in Polish, Ukrainian and English)

->  by calling +48 796 401 236 (we speak Polish, Ukrainian and English, but please note! sometimes there may be someone on shift who does not speak all languages 🙂 ).

If you are pregnant or have a child under the age of one, want to stay in Poland for a longer period of time and need a place to live and to stabilize your living situation – call us at +48 796 401 236 and ask about the availability of places.

Please note: due to the nature of our business, we only accept single pregnant women and single mothers of children under 1 year old (along with all other children if any 🙂 ). We are a place of long-term assistance, so we welcome people who plan to stay in Poland for a longer period of time to our Home.

We provide food assistance only as an additional activity and each time we do – we announce the registration on our Facebook profile (Dom Matki) new section. Outside of the announced programs, we do not have the ability to provide ongoing food assistance.

BUT: If you are one of our beneficiaries (pregnant women and mothers of newborns up to 1 year old currently in a refugee crisis) and you have found yourself in a random and difficult life situation (e.g., hospitalization, sudden documented illness, sudden loss of livelihood due to the loss of the person who was the main breadwinner in the family) and you can provide documents proving this condition – email us at pomoc@dommatki.pl. If we have the opportunity, we will never allow pregnant women and mothers of newborns to starve.
